Childhood diabetes

A new control system.

The main objective of this project is to investigate the possibility of establishing a new model for monitoring and caring for patients with Childhood Diabetes. To this end, a system will be designed that includes all the information necessary for patient monitoring and to investigate how this information can be used, using artificial intelligence and Machine Learning algorithms, to classify patients using one of the reference models (The Chronic Care Model or Kaiser Permanente Pyramid).

Within this new model of care designed, a web platform with information validated by the doctors is proposed, with which the patient can learn how to make decisions on a day-to-day basis. On the other hand, the doctor will have all the information necessary to monitor these patients.
