Early detection and treatment of chronic disease in its early stages.

The Stratistics project aims to develop a tool that allows health system entities to enhance the development of policies for prevention, early detection and treatment of chronic disease in its early stages, thus improving the quality of life of patients and increasing the efficiency of health services.

Stratistics will provide medical and healthcare staff with analytical models, both descriptive and predictive, for the stratification of chronicity and multimorbidity. These are mathematical models and algorithms whose ultimate aim is to determine and predict the intensity of care according to the complexity of the overall situation and the person's morbidity risk, optimising the resources available to health services and favouring the interoperability of the systems developed.
